When Do You Qualify for a Refund?

We first attempt to resolve any issue you face with our services. If no solution can be found, we review refund eligibility based on the conditions below:

  • Development or post-sales work has not yet begun.
  • The issues cannot be resolved within the project’s scope.
  • You have not breached our payment terms.
  • You have not used any acquired information for commercial gain.
  • All supporting evidence for your refund claim has been provided.

Important: If any of the above conditions are violated, your refund request will be void. All refund decisions are final and cannot be disputed.

How Does the Refund Process Work?

  1. Pre-Refund: We evaluate the refund request, verify its validity, and match it with our terms. If applicable, a full or partial refund is processed.
  2. Post-Refund: You may be required to sign a refund agreement and delete all communication/data exchanged during the project.
  3. Transaction: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days after the agreement is signed.
